American Chicle Co., New York, Cleveland, Chicago, Kansas City, & San Francisco (so sayeth the tins themselves), 5 3/4". I don't know the date on these, but I suspect the 1920s. That's a semi-educated hunch, though, so take it as that.
The tins above comprise a complete set of the four types that were available. All are in very good to excellent condition. I bought these as a set after seeing them at the Chicagoland show in a friend's booth. I passed on them at the show but when I got home I told my wife about them and showed her a picture of one. She said she liked them, that I should have bought them, and that I could have put them on the dining room buffet. I won't say she berated me for not buying them---it wasn't that bad---but she made her opinion known. A phone call to the dealer told me they were still available so I followed her advice. Not for my benefit, mind you, but for hers.
That was the 2000 spring Chicago show, and as I update this page in October 2021 I'm happy to report that they're still on the buffet and she still likes them there.
