Hospital Specialty Co., c. 1927, 32 ¹/₄". This is a tall porcelain wall-mounted machine. The patent date says 1927, but it's never struck me as that early, perhaps because I associate porcelainized machines with the 1930's. Then again, the patent date doesn't always coincide with the production date.

According to Silent Salesmen Too two versions of this machine exist. This one, and one with the advertising higher and no window on the lower part of the front. This model was also available in a white painted finish, but I don't know if the same two versions exist with that finish.
