Victor Vending Corp., Chicago, IL, c. 1962. This is a fairly common machine and when found is often in very good condition. You can tell it wasn't common practice to leave these out in the rain and snow. It's made of wood and has the product prominently displayed. According to Silent Salesmen Too, Victor had a sales campaign featuring Scripto pens, and I'd assume that the machine above was part of that campaign. Not all Vendoramas had this top display---given the choice between having it or not, I'll take having it.
The example above is in excellent original condition.
